Parity Productions is New York’s theatre company that is focused on both Art and Advocacy and founded by award-winning Director and Artistic Director, Ludovica Villar-Hauser. Aside from a robust production slate of new plays in development, we make it our mission to hire 50% women and transgender playwrights, directors and designers on every production. We have a number of compelling advocacy platforms that aim to serve female and transgender artists, as well.
